We would like to Welcome our newest member to our 1431 RealEstate Team, Karen Eckermann.

Karen has moved seventeen times, to ten different cities and three different states which prepared her for her career in real estate.  She understands the stress in relocating and uses her experience to make your move as easy as possible.  Having performed as “construction manager” for the building of five homes and extensively renovating a home built in 1876, Karen understands the importance of finding the right home to meet your needs.

Karen Eckermann has earned the ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, CSA, Certified Staging Agent, the RFC, Real Estate Finance Certificate, the GRI, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, and the CRS, Certified Real Estate Specialist certificates.  She has been named “Top Rookie, “Top Listing Agent”, and “Company Top Producer”  in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2007 Top Producer for Coldwell Banker” while consistently being a multi-million dollar producer.  Karen currently has relocated to the Austin Area and has chosen to work at 1431 Real Estate in Lago Vista, Texas.  Karen sells Lago Vista, Point Venure, Lake Travis, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander and the Austin area.  Her latest project was building a home in Waterford on Lake Travis.  For relaxation, Karen enjoys friends and family, bridge, boating on Lake Travis, snow skiing, gardening, entertaining, traveling, and most of all spending time with her two grandsons.
