1431 Real Estate and Property Management
Clive and Joyce Rutherford, owners of 1431 Real Estate and 1431 Property Management, have announced that they will be opening an office and become the first tenants ever in Lago Vista Village: the 65,000+ square foot mixed-use commercial center on the north side of FM1431 east of Bar-K Ranch Road.
Rutherford says they will occupy Suite #202, on the second floor of the two-story building (the section with the clock tower). According to Rutherford, he first met Alex Tan, CEO of Tan International and the Lago Vista Village owners, CBJS Investments, at their open house in April 2013. “I recall voicing support for the original plans to develop the site, almost ten years ago. It seemed only fitting, if we were to open an office at all, to make an effort to support the Village. Everyone I have met at Tan International, CBJS and the leasing company are very personable and quite charming: I am looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”
