New ’60s-style subdivision planned in Leander
Houses with mid-20th century-style architectural design will be built in Leander after City Council approved a planned unit development for a 5.69-acre property Dec. 4.
Starlight Village at 1001 Horizon Park Blvd. will feature up to 40 single-family condominiums ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Developer DH Homes is still designing the floor plans, and no construction start date has been set, said Mike Kopecky, who represented the landowner during the Dec. 4 meeting. Home prices are expected to be less than $200,000, he said.

Are they still planning on building this in Leander??? I can’t find anything on the developer?
Holly,
There doesn’t seem to be anymore information on this development. May want to contact Leander City Council to see if the development is still in the works.
