Since May of 2010 median home prices in the Cedar Park area have increased by 42 percent and 19 percent in Leander! Homes are selling at a much faster rate than they did 4 years ago. Homes stayed on the the market for more than a month and today homes are selling within a week
For example my home was put on the market on Sunday evening and sold with a full price offer by 1:30pm the following day!
With homes selling so fast people are scrambling for places to live, so the rental market is doing well with lots of short term renters.
